       If you have forgotten your password, you will need to create a new one.

• Click Forgot Password
• Enter the required information and click “Continue”.
• We’ll send you an email that will contain instructions for creating a new password.
• Your new password will be active as soon as you have created it.
  
  Please wait for the reset email to arrive – do not request a new reset email before receiving the first.
  
  The reset link will expire if not used within an hour. If you click an expired link, you will be asked to begin the process again.
  
  A strong password is longer than 8 characters, contains random capitalization, numbers, special characters, and is not easy to guess.

You can update your account information directly through your Book Studio account. We ask that you update your personal information directly through your account for your security and to ensure its accuracy.


To update your email address, name, or password:

1. Sign in to your Book Studio account using your old email address and password by clicking Sign in at the top right of any Book Studio page.

2. Click Account Details under My Account.

3. Edit your details in the fields you wish to update and click Save Changes.


To add, edit or delete a saved shipping address:

1. Sign in to your Book Studio account using your old email address and password by clicking Sign-in at the top right of any Book Studio page.

2. Click Addresses under My Account.

3. Make your changes in the form in the relevant boxes and click Save.

4. Clicking Delete will immediately delete the address.

You can use all the major Credit & Debit cards.

Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. This will make sure the shipment is not delayed because of the lack of Information.

Book Studio issues coupons, usually by email, on an occasional basis to buyers who meet specific criteria. Coupons are not issued upon request.

To apply a coupon code to your order, follow the steps below:

● Find your books and add them to the shopping basket.
● Proceed to checkout and place your order.
● Enter the coupon code in the designated coupon field.
● Click the [Apply Coupon] button to the right of the coupon field.

Once you have entered your code and clicked [Apply Coupon], you will see your “Coupon Savings”, below your order total.

● Please give it a few minutes and try again. If the payment is still not accepted, please try the following:

● Verify your account balance. If everything is as it should be, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact [email protected] and notify us about the problem.

Delivery charges depend on the shipment requirements. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible (within 24 hours). If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us at [email protected].

Unfortunately tracking your order is not possible at the moment. However, if you need to find out details/status of your order please contact us at [email protected]

Shipping time will be 3-5 working days for Colombo and suburbs, and 5-7 working days for outstation cities.
